Lynette is a dynamic leader with expertise using experiential learning, including ropes courses, to facilitate programs that build strong teams, develop individuals and groups' competencies in leadership, and encourage and grow healthy culture. She has worked with teams and individuals from major corporations, national and local non-profit organizations, and youth across the country. She is excited to grow the Adventure Based Learning Program to impact youth and leaders locally and regionally. Lynette leads a team of certified facilitators that work to ensure your group has a transformational experience.

Lynette grew up on a dairy farm in west central Ohio. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Indiana Wesleyan University, and her Master’s of Science in Recreation Administration with an emphasis in Outdoor Pursuits Recreation from the George Williams College of Aurora University. Since college she has lived in South Florida, Wisconsin, Indiana, Northwest Arkansas, and now New Jersey. She enjoys spending time outside biking and hiking with her husband Matt and two ornery boys, Lucas and Nathan. She is also an ice cream snob and can bake a delicious batch of cinnamon rolls!
